    <summary type="html">Yeah, I completely missed the way the SBP and Tapi architecture work. I think I understand now.
 
Once the SBP Server is installed, the TAPI driver (and config) must be done ON EACH PHONE/COMPUTER you want to send back info.
 
This is an option for me, but I think I've discovered another way to get real-time info from the server (RADIUS ACCOUNTING).

    <summary type="html">I believe the SBP client uses the Cisco TAPI TSP plugin.  Ge that installed and configured properly and SBP should use it to get screenpop information.</summary>

Hi there. I'm not sure if I'm asking the right question. Very much a newb.
 
I've got SBP installed on a server machine. I've got my own custom webserver. I've created a customer adapter which points to the custom webserver.
 
BUT, the big question is ..
 
How do I get the SBP to receive real-time call information from the Cisco Hardware / Server?</summary>
