Andrew Cadwell | One of the beautiful differentiators with this product ater working with it for several months is that out of the box it defines Unified Communications- it is able optomize "layer 8" functionality- the point above the OSI model where the USER interfaces with the application layers, and acts as the hub between I/O processes.
To the best of my knowlege, this is the only product that is able to mash up several applications at once within the Cisco UC environment and present the knowlege worker with job relevant, customer centric data at the time of an inbound contact.
Is anyone aware of any other application that can be used to do this?
