Hi All

I need to use the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release
6.0(1). to record on sip trunk
After read the Cisco documentation
my questions

1) What the licences which we need to get it to writting Monitoring and Recording system
2) the System Requirements for Monitoring and Recording in detials
a) is CTI Requirements is built in in Unified Communications Manager or we need to install it , is need to licences

3) Is the Unified Communications Manager get all call inforamtion which I need it
like Agent ID ?

The SIP trunk interface for CM6+ phone-bridge based recording requires some extensions to the SIP protocol, which are Cisco proprietary. As a result, a license agreement is required to access the full documentation and develop Cisco-approved applications.

Please send an email request to developer-support@cisco.com for further info on SIP trunk extensions licensing.
