Video Codec issue with SIP trunk

I'm having a problem with a SIP Trunk from Cisco CM 7.1(2) to an ACME packet Session Director. When a 7985 Video phone calls an video enabled xten client registered to the ACME, there is no video between the two. I see Video codec information in SDP of the invites, but not sure why its not matching. the 7985 support H.263, H.263+, H.264 and so does the Xten client. IS the Cisco SIP trunk striping the support for these codecs?
