extended SIP line interface for Cisco Unified CallManager

Hi,

I'm looking for information on how I obtain the Extended SIP line interface for Cisco Unified CallManager.

I found a reference in the following doc:

Overview: Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Line Extensions
http://developer.cisco.com/c/document_library/get_file?folderId=421900&name=DLFE-12110.pdf

That indicates we require a license to obtain this relevant documentation.  Here is an exert from the above doc:

The extended SIP line interface for Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 provides proprietary extensions to the SIP standards. These extensions are briefly described here to provide an overview of this added functionality.
Note:  The extended SIP line interface contains Cisco's intellectual property. Any party wishing to incorporate any functionality in its products in accordance with the extended SIP line interface must obtain a license from Cisco.

Licensees for the extended SIP line interface must first be members of the Cisco Technology Developer Program (CTDP) and must have a Cisco Developer Services contract. You can find information on how to become a member of the Cisco Technology Developer Program or how to obtain a Developer Services contract at http://www.cisco.com/go/ctdp. Finally, if you would like to contact Cisco directly, please send all inquiries to: ipcbu-busdev@cisco.com.

However I cannot see this document on the following page: http://developer.cisco.com/web/sip/docs

In particular I'm looking to do Music on Hold and Call/Park pickup via the extended SIP line interface.

Thanks for your help,
Scott Godin

SIP extensions require a technology license agreement.  Contact rtywonia@cisco.com for more information.
