The Sip Packet received to my recorder but how recorder gets the RTP

depend on the Cisco documentation the IP phone will be fork the RTP to recorder
 
my questions
1) how the recorder will get the RTP packet from IP phone
2) can we recording using two Cisco IP Communicator *with out Hardware IP phone*
3) Can we recording using IP phone 7940G
