Giggesh Thekkekeloth | There could be possibly some setup problem as you suspect, for an general troubleshoot, clarify the following things 1. I intially doubt, if this is due to any calling search space and route pattern mismatch between the SIP trunk and the MGCP gateway, please have a check on that. 2. Is the scenario involves a consult transfer, wherein (as you say, I can make an outbound call through the PRI Trunk group from the IVR, IP phone or SIP phone connected to the UCM ) the initail consultation call goes through and then if you try to transfer then the transfer/call fail? 3. If the above said scenario is true, there could be a Codec mismatch between the parties. Try to check the MGCP and end point codec match. 4. Try to investigate more into the logs and when did you get the the error message? and what is the error message? Reagards... Giggesh |
