Hi, We are working with Custom Twitter Reply Templates in SocialMiner 8.5(5). We recieved some information regarding SocialMiner stating that due to recent changes in Twitter API, responding to tweets and direct messages using Cisco SocialMiner Twitter Reply Template is no longer operational. We also found that Cisco was working on a fix which is scheduled to be available for download at the end of November 2012. As it is december already, Is the fix out yet? Is it compatible with versions 8.5? As some of our deployments are already running on version 8.5(5). What are the other alternatives for users of 8.5(5) ? We would be highly obliged if someone could answer them.
