In SocialMiner 9.0 there were changes made to Custom Reply Template javascripts that were not backward compatible. This was mentioned in 9.0 release notes.
SocialMiner 9.0 Developer guide contains the instructions to migrate the pre 9.0 templates to 9.0 format. it is under "Appendix D" section. Dev guide is @ http://developer.cisco.com/web/socialminer/docs

We recently got Social Miner 9.0 and are shifting from 8.5 but in the process our custom reply templates stopped working. Everything shows up but the buttons don't work, the error messages don't show nor does it show any author/post description. Is there any new format for the custom reply template for Social Miner 9.0? If you don't mind can you give me a link to a sample custom reply template for 9.0?
