Ahh, OK then. That actually sounds familiar now. Also means apparently I have a different type issue, as it wont authenticate AD users. Narrowing the issue though, thanks for the input!

No, the URL is the same for admin and agent login. It's who you log in as that makes the difference (agents are in Active Directory, admin is not). Please see the Active Directory section of the User Doc: http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/SocialMiner_Release_9.0(1)#Active_Directory
