The Twitter stream limitation on SocialMiner is due to restrictions from Twitter. Twitter only allows one stream connection per instance/IP address. I believe Tanya address most of the other questions. As far as when the fix will be availabel, we are looking to make it availabel on www.cisco.com under the SocialMiner downloads by the end of November. If we are able to get it out sooner we will post it and notify the users. This problem affects all SocialMiner releases. This fix will have to be installed on release 9.0 so if you are on a previous version, you will have to upgrade to te latest release. Thanks, Emmanuel

Hi, Currently, SocialMiner captures only posts and comments on the fan page wall. At the time we implemented Facebook capture in SocialMiner, direct messaging on Fan pages was not available. We will investigate how to access the direct message API and add this feature to our backlog so that we can make it available soon. Thanks for the note!
