There was a recent change in Twitter Stream API. It now only supports HTTPS. Please see the following link: https://dev.twitter.com/blog/streaming-api-turning-ssl-only-september-29th I think this is probably why your Twitter Stream is not working. This has been fixed in the upcoming release of SocialMiner 8.5.4,(to use https instead of http to connect to Twitter).

Please see attached.  Using a valid twitter account and only very basic stream words (beer,soda), we get the following error.   Any setup quirks i am missing?   Facebook pages are working as expected as are Twitter ACCOUNTS.   Thanks All on the AD issue as well.   Ted
