There is a 5 second timeout enforced by the gadget container when fetching the reply template. Is your template taking several seconds (or more) to load? (Note that the template is loaded via the SocialMiner server, so any connectivity issues between that server and your reply template server could cause problems.)

We have created a custom reply template in Socialminer, in which we have added two frames to the reply template. The frames are showing Sugar CRM and Post Author History. But the reply template is very unreliable, ie it works at times but sometiimes an error message appears - "Custom Reply template is not available" and the reply template fails to load. Could some one tell us about what is causing this error ?
