Retreive lost SRE-V license

Hi,
 
We just took over a client with SRE-V device.  Building power went off and when the router rebooted, the SRE-V lost it's license information.  Now it just says
 
Index 0 Feature: SRE-V-HOST-LIC
        Period left:  0 minute   0 second
        License Type: Evaluation
        License State: Active, Not in Use, EULA accepted
        License Count: Non-Counted
        License Priority: Low
Index 1 Feature: SRE-V-RMA-LIC
        Period left:  0 minute   0 second
 
....
 
I have no idea where the license file is or how the previous IT company registered this device, etc. 
 
What are my options?

Hi Justin,



Based on the output below it looks like only the evaluation license was activated on the module and that the license has expired. Since the system would continue to work until the module was re-loaded, it¿s possible that a permanent license was never installed.



Can you confirm if the customer purchased a SRE-V license? We can look up the license information, but we¿d need to know the following:



- Customer name

- Order date

- Customer Purchase Order (PO) number or Cisco Sales Order (SO) number for the licenses purchased



If you only have the customer name and order date, I can try and track down the license.

Thanks John,

I'll see what I can dig up - I have few people digging up all our licensing. I did manage to transfer license from one of the SRE-V that wasn't being used so crisis has been averted for now.


Thanks again for your help and I'll make sure to post once I find that info.
