Error when reinstalling SRE software

Combination View Flat View Tree View
I had to do a reinstall of the SRE due to a problem with the VM environment.  The uninstall went fine, of course, but now I am running into issues with installing the SRE package.

This is what it says when it fails:

<pre style="word-break: break-all; word-wrap: break-word; overflow-x: auto; overflow-y: auto; text-align: left; padding: 5px; margin: 0px;"><pre style="text-align: -webkit-auto; word-break: break-all; word-wrap: break-word; overflow-x: auto; overflow-y: auto; padding: 5px; margin: 0px;">%Error:  Couldn't open ftp://*****:*****@x.x.x.x/sre-v-k9-r.SPA.smv.2.0.1.pkg.install.sre</pre>
<pre style="text-align: -webkit-auto; word-break: break-all; word-wrap: break-word; overflow-x: auto; overflow-y: auto; padding: 5px; margin: 0px;">Execution of script sre-v-k9-r.SPA.smv.2.0.1.pkg.install.sre failed, installation aborted.</pre>

</pre>
This is the command I am using to install the package:</pre>

Hi Charlie,

please cross check all the files from zip file exits in the same ftp location along with sre-v-k9-r.SPA.smv.2.0.1.pkg and try to install. If you still face the issue please send us the logs from router.

Thanks,
Raghavendra

This is all I am seeing in the router log:

Mar 12 08:48:14 CST: %SM_INSTALL-3-INST_SCRIPT_FAIL: Execution of script sre-v-k9-r.SPA.smv.1.5.1.pkg.install.sre failed, installation aborted

Just to verify, I am using ser-v-k9.r.SPA.smc.1.5.1.zip as the source files. I extract that zip file, and there are 7 files in that zip file.

hello

your file sre-v-k9-r.SPA.smv.1.5.1.pkg.install.sre might be missing an extension

I will check my notes

regards

thanks to everyone for their input. To rule it out, I installed a different ftp server, and now it is working... stupid built-in Windows 7 ftp server....
