thanks to everyone for their input. To rule it out, I installed a different ftp server, and now it is working... stupid built-in Windows 7 ftp server....

Hi Charlie, please cross check all the files from zip file exits in the same ftp location along with sre-v-k9-r.SPA.smv.2.0.1.pkg and try to install.If you still face the issue please send us the logs from router. Thanks, Raghavendra
