I'm looking for help with querying UC Manager nodes for information on
currently parked calls. A customer wants to integrate this information
into an internal application but I'm not sure how to get it (in real
time) out of UC Manager.
Specifically they need:
-Park DN
-Parked by DN
-ANI of call
-Timestamp of when call was parked
-(Optional) Original DNIS if this is not overwritten when parked.
I'm hoping this is possible with the XML Serviceability interface
but I don't understand SOAP enough to read the WSDL and know what I can
get back from UCM. If I can get a definitive answer on whether this is possible and the general idea of how, I'll get it to the customer's devlopers and they can take it from there.

You will definitely need to use the CTI interfaces (TAPI and JTAPI) to get this information. Not possible via SOAP.
