Hi,
I am looking to accurately log transfered calls ( in our call accounting biling SW) using the CDR data.
To my understanding the issue we are having is: based on the Cisco CDR spec (CM5 /CM6) when a outgoing call is transferred, the transfer terminated part is shown as incoming call. Therefore based on the spec we are unable to differentiate between outgoing transferred call and an incoming transferred call. BTW we do make use of relevant CDR fields to our knowledge.
According to the Cisco CDR spec, this is a known issue: (Extract from the spec)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/3_x/cdr32.html#wp32373 " Transferred Calls
<a name="wp32386"></a>
The call that results from a transfer appears as a call from the transferred party (party

to the destination party (party C) in the CDR. The transferred party (party

becomes the originator of the final call and is charged for the call even though party A placed the original call. "
I am would like to know is there a way to accurately differenciate CDR of the final call leg (i.e transfer termeinated call leg) of an incomimg transfered call AND outgoing transfered call please?
Hope my question is clear if not let me know i can illustrate further
thanks
