CUCM pushing both CDR and CMR files to billing server

I have setup a billing server for one of our call managers. I set it up in march and was receiving only CDR files, which was good. Today suddenly I started receiving both CDR and CMR files on my billing server. Why did this happen and how can I stop it?

Ok...now I know why it was doing that, someone enabled the CMR files on the CUCM.
Now my question is,
 
Is there a way I can enable CMR on CUCM and disble pushing it on the billing server, kind of best of both worlds?

I guess this would be an additional setting on the CDR target setup page - doesn't exist currently, would be an ehancement request.  It should be fairly simple to filter on the receiving side, but being able to turn off just CMRs could save some bytes moving around.  If there is a significant business impact, feel free to email developer-support@cisco.com with the details and we will put you in contact with the PM team.

That is exactly what I am doing on the receiving side, filtering them. As of now, there is no significant business impact but collectively, it could be since the server receives files from several CUCMs.
