Hello,

Does someone know what does it signify when a CDR destCause and origcause values are both zero? The duration for callis like this are all more than one second and have a normal time stamp.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks

Not sure...the documentation just notes 'No error', as vs. 16='Normal Call Clearing', so pretty much by definition it's unknown what the reason is.  If you must track down what's happening, some troubleshooting legwork may be in order:

- Check orig and dest devices, are these desk phones, gateways destinations...something more unusual?
- Place some test calls between the devices in question and terminate normally - same code?
- Via RTMT retrieve the CallManager SDL and SDI logs.  You may be able to inspect these yourself to see what's going on at a low level, but they are pretty opaque, and you may need to open a case with TAC or CDN Developer Support for expert analysis: http://developer.cisco.com/web/devservices
