I have a CUCM 7x CDR.
 
Please help me identify the incoming call legs. will the origdevicename and destdevicename suffice this at all times? Meaning, if the value of origDeviceName is either the gateway IP Addres or Gateway Name, will it say that the call is an Incoming Call? on the other hand, if the value of the destDeviceName is the Gateway Name or the Gateway IP, does this suggests that the call is Outgoing Call?
