Hi,

A client's cucm is backlogging the sftp of the CDR files to the configured billing server, first a day, and now it's 7 days behind!

We see it sftp'ing 1 file every minute, no matter what backlog there is, there are 2 subs pushing cdr and cmr files and the backlog gets bigger and bigger!
We see the files being send from sub to pub every minute, so that is all good

We have restarted the cdr agents on the subs and cdr repository manager on the pub, no luck

has anyone seen this odd behaviour?

Our app need the cdr files within 10 min, so we are really stuck here!

Have you compared the FTP'd file content to what could/should have been relayed from the databases? If I remember correctly, we ran into something similar where the default 1 min CDR file time interval wasn't enough to allow complete transfer of everything that needed to be sent.

I'd check that out, and try bumping out that CDR file time interval to see if that alleviates the problem- you may want to check your Water Marks while you are there if you haven't already and do a manual CDR/CMR dump if necessary to avoid datas loss.
