I am working with a developer partner and the following questions have been raised and i was wondering if anyone could provide the answers?  Does our API provide the ability to do the following?  If so, are there any pointers as to how they may be achieved?
 
Does the API support the ability to play dynamic announcements; i.e. account balance, minutes left etc..
Does the API provide the ability to force another re-authentication mid-call. For example, if a user has reached their quota for a prime service but have the ability to use a subset of this?
Does the API provide the ability for a Voice Gateway to play a tone or announcement mid-call or can this be done via UCM?
