Hi,

Is there any difference between normal CUCM CDRs and the CDRs which are generated by Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 5000 ?
Also the process of adding a billing server in CUCM for that model is it any different?

Thanks

Hi

It's the same process, in the same menu.

The only difference realy is that Unity Connection is co-located on the same server, but they are mostly still administered from seperaate menus in 'Navigation' - i.e. there is a Unity Administration page, and a CUCM ADministration page. There are seperate serviceability pages as well.

The CDR is configured the same way as any other CUCM, and doesn't log anything to do with Unity specifically.

Aaron

Thanks Aron.
