Daryl Blake | Hi, I am bringing in data from CDR Files, We have phone exensions here, but when a call is answered, it does not log the extension number that picks up that call. But it doesnt say which phone extension here picked up the call. If the call gets transfered to anotehr extension, it does log the "transfered from" and "transfered to" extensions. Is there any way i can get the phone admin to change the phone settings so it logs the phone extension that takes the call? |
