Is serviceablility XML web service available for Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series Model 540?
Is the Cisco communication Manager version 5 equal to Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series?

The 500 series products are based on Cisco Communications Manager Express - an IOS-based call control agent - not the full server-based Communications Manager product.  As such they do not support UCM APIs like AXL and Serviceability APIs.  CME has several APIs specific to its family, however, please see:
