Can anyone help to findout AXLAPI.wsdl and AXLSoap.xsd of Cisco unified communication manager 8.5 for .net framework.

Sujit, you can download the kit at https://<your ccmserver>:8443/plugins/axlsqltoolkit.zip

Once you unzip, look under schema/current folder because that one works out of the box.
