Changing the :1 to :0 in the original format of the request also appeared to resolve the DTMF behaviour. Appears to be a bug as this doesn't seem to be covered by the docs, but at least it's working.</summary>

    <summary type="html">After sending a simple CiscoIPPhoneExecute dial request, it seems that the user is unable to send DTMF tones by pressing the physical buttons on the phone keypad. Pressing any buttons on the keypad doesn't provide audible feedback as would be expected and the DTMF tones are not sent.
Is this expected behaviour or is there a workaround?
Once the call has been initiated I would like the user to be able to use the IP phone as normal.</summary>

What's the difference in functionality between AXL and the Serviceability XML interface?  Do I give up anything by using SXL instead of AXL?</summary>

I am new to development/automation with UC.   I would like to programmatically update a forwarding number tied to a UC device using a web services call.   Today, as a user, I am accessing the "Cisco Unified CM User Options" page ([url=http://servername:8443/ccmuser/showHome.do]http://servername:8443/ccmuser/showHome.do[/url]) on our 6.1.5 environment.   I go to User Options -&gt; Device (a CTI Route Point) -&gt; Line Settings and update the number that calls are being forwarded to.  The URL that seems to do the work is "/ccmuser/lineSettingsSave.do".
Is there a web services API that I can use to accomplish this via automation?</summary>

    <summary type="html">I've read the "CUCM Developers Guide" and the "CUCM CDR Analysis and Reporting Administration Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager", but I can't find any information about the meaning of the tags in the RisPort responses.
 
1 - In the RisPort response I get a "TimeStamp"  for each device (e.g. 1352664250), what does this TimeStamp means? Is it the time that the device was registered in the CUCM?
2 - Does the "SubsystemStartTime" refer to the CUCM's time setup?
3 - How can I get a timestamp referring to the time that a RisPort response was sent? Here are the several "timestamps" tags that I get in a RisPort response:

  What is the CTiDevice CTIStatus for? I thought that was the status of the device.
  If I use TAPI, can I find the status for ANY device? I always thought that TAPI was just for a connected device.

SelectCmDevice seems to work if I have 1 item. The item can be a specific device or a wildcard. If I include a list of devices, it returns the last device in the list. The list of devices below came from using the "*" wildcard query, so technically, it shuld return all the devices:
