    <summary type="html">Hi,
I have a CUCM 7.X which send SNMP alerts to a 3rd party SNMP server.
We notice that the OID value for all individual IP Phone keep changing from the SNMP server.
Example:

23/11/2011
-------------
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.654
OID=ccmPhoneDescription.654
Value=Zulkarnean bin Zainal Abidin

OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.703
OID=ccmPhoneDescription.703
Value=Norhayu binti Razli

06/12/2011
-------------
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.923
OID=ccmPhoneDescription.923
Value=Zulkarnean bin Zainal Abidin

OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.754
OID=ccmPhoneDescription.754
Value=Norhayu binti Razli

Is there a way to ensure the OID of each IP Phones remains the same.
This is because the SNMP server has to match these individual phone based on the OID to an Floor layout,
so users would know where exactly are the phones located.

Attached is screen shot of the MIB browser on the 23/11/2011 and 06/12/2011.
You can see that the same phones get different OID for these 2 days.

Appriciate any comments on how to get this right.

Thanks,
