    <summary type="html">Hello,

We have a need to monitor our UCCX box and recently found out that we could use the AXL Serviceability API to do that. We have successfully used it against UCM but when we point the same code at UCCX with the proper user name and password we always get the error bellow:

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

The credentials are right, since we have NimSoft successfully using them.

Does anybody have a working Java/C# example of UCCX AXL Serviceability API consumption?

Thanks in advance,
