Hi,
 We collect the MLQK from the CMR records.  When the jitter, latency or packet loss are high, we definitely see low scores.  However, we also find low (< 3.0) MLQKav, mn scores sometimes when loss, jitter and latency are also nearly 0.  Can someone explain how the MLQK scores are arrived at and what other inputs it might be using?

My understanding is that the K-Factor scores are based on the ITU-T P.VTQ voice quality scoring system draft.  Deep details would probably be available from ITU http://www.itu.int/md/meetingdoc.asp?lang=en&parent=T05-SG12-060605-TD-WP2&source=P.VTQ%20Editors
 
It looks access to the doc requires some ITU signup/membership.
