I have tried to pull CDR from CUCM using CDR on-demand with get file list, with specific time interval, sometime I can get CDR successfully but sometime I got return 500 error. Any possible cause? Normally if we haven't had CDR file on the specific interval, it will return as no file found", isn't it?
