As far as I know. There isn't something built in that can allow you to do so. What you need is a billing system that would do call accounting, CDR collection, CDR analysis, and call rating. Alternatively and if you wish not to buy anything, you would have to do a lot of SQL that is after you collect the CDRs in the first place and after you translate their field, cross matching rates with calls, etc. NB: Where are you located?
