             I need to know how Cisco agent desktop confirm from the same Cisco IP phone which connected to ?? for an example, I have to log into the IP phone with same username and pin which I'm logged in Cisco agent desktop in the PC connected to same IP phone. How cisco desktop agent confirm from this step. ???
