Hi folks, I hope this is the right forum for the following question/problem!
 
 
is it possible to get the information from the device which service is currently selected by the user.
 
Reason for that:
 
I have a JTapi App which redirects the phone to a specific service. Problem is, if there is already another service selected/opened by the user, the redirect should not be executed. Therefore I need a way to check the opened service thing.
 
Does anyone has a solution for that?
