We are using CUCM7.1. Strangely sometimes the ConfControllerDn in the CDR comment field shows a PSTN number
instead of an extension. This causes a problem with the billing application. Does anyone have an idea why this happens?
Could it be a translation pattern issue? I don't know where to start from. Any help is appreaciated.
