Configure CMExpress to send CDR files to ftp server

Hi everybody,

Here is the question, I have a CISCO CM Express to configure for CDR accounting.
It is already setup. Using:

gw-accounting file
primary {ftp
path/filename username username password password }
maximum retry-count number
maximum buffer-size kbytes
maximum fileclose-timer minutes
maximum cdrflush-timer minutes
cdr-format detailed

and then

file-acct
flush
{with-close
| without-close}

file-acct reset

CDR files are being generated at the ftp server directory, but it seems to be overwriting the files.
the ftp log show conections every minute, and in general the size of the file grows but sometimes the size of the file decreases.
After a while a new file is created.
Does anybody know if the new cdr registers are concatenated to the end of the file ? It seems some calls are lost.
Would appreciate if anybody could tell me about their experience, and parameters for configuration.

Best regards,
Javier Conejo
