Hello all. I'm working with a client who has a CISCO system that we are attempting to work with TAPI on. On my system, I am using get_CallInfoString(TAPI3Lib.CALLINFO_STRING.CIS_CALLERIDNUMBER); to attempt to get the calling number. However, for our client, this is returning a consistent 9900, which doesn't seem to map to anything. No other part of the Tapi structure seems to contain the incoming number. Can anyone shed some light on this one?
