TSP for CME and UC520

Combination View Flat View Tree View
Threads [ Previous | Next ]
I have a few questions:
1.  Where can I find the TSP?  Can this plugin be found on the hardware itself like with Call Manager version 4.x - 7.x?
2.  I am trying to download it from the Cisco download page but do not have a service agreement.  What is the best way to get it without a service agreement?
3.  If the plugin is not included on the hardware itself, are there plans to include it?
4.  Where can I find the TAPI Guide for CME?

Thanks.

Dustin

1) The CME TSP is available as part o the CME IOS bundle, on Cisco.com, here: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ip-key
2) A service agreement is necessary in order to access the TSP download
3) I imagine to conserve router storage space, the TSP will continue to be a separate download
4) The TSP dev guide is here (guest accessemoticon http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/tsp/2.0/developer/guide/tspdev/tspdev.html

Note, the CME TSP currently provides a very small capability subset compared to the UCM TSP.

David, on your CME IOS bundle the link just takes you to the generic software download page, can you put the path to locate the CME TSP.

For Emergin is there a 64-bit version of the CME TSP or is it just 32-bit?
