Apologies for this novice question, but I'm looking at the possibility of developing an application which can be used to administer CUCM.
I know this sounds strange however an example of the use could be to change Single Number Reach settings for users or letting users enable\disable certain handset features from a central web console other than the CUCM User pages.
Any help or direction if this is even possible would be appreciated.
