Incoming Call - Original Called Number
tapi tsp called number call properties callerid
Answer

I am trying to get some information regarding an incoming call. I have installed the TSP client on my machine and connected to my IP Phone 7945G. I am running the simple TAPI application to get the properties of a call, such as CallerID, CalledID, etc., but not the required one.

An outside caller (987-456-1234) calls 800-123-4567 (example), and eventually reaches my phone (Extension 299). How can I get the 800 number to be populated in my application?

All I can get is CallerID (987-456-1234) and CalledID (299), but I am unable to find 800-123-4567.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your time.

Hello Praveen. Did you ever figure this out? I am having the exact same problem trying to get the original called number from the TSP. Thanks!
