Hi,
I have installed the Cisco TAPI (x64) and configured it to my server. When the TSP starts up I get the following error in the log file and it does not restart.

0:33:40.325 HDR|10/23/2012 CiscoTSP001.tsp,Error
10:33:40.325 |   CSelsiusTSPWaveList::Init() *ERROR* Failed to get ISelsiusNTWaveCtl interface.
10:33:40.325 |   SelsiusTSP::InitializeComObjects() *ERROR* Failed m_WaveList->Init(). hr=0x80040154
My CTI administrator has no ideas. Can anyone tell me what critical step I am missing?

This message means that the TSP was unable to load the Cisco TSP wave driver, perhaps because it was not installed or is not installed correctly.

The wave driver is optional (it provides TAPI applications the ability to record or playback audio streams to calls on CTI Ports using additional windows sound APIs), so this error can be ignored if the wave driver is not needed.
