John Wilson | I have a requirement to determine when calls goes idle on Unify Voicemail in our existing TAPI application. Unfortunately, the client's telephony service provider is unable to tell me the devices/lines I need to open and would need to configure the appropriate devices in call manager's device assoication for our CTI application user. According to the service provider, there are 15 pilot voicemail devices configured in call manager (Version 7) for Unify and I can see calls to those 15 devices in the CDR data. However, the service provider tells me he cannot associate the pilot voicemail devices with our CTI application user. Does anyone know if we can get Unify VoiceMail Call events in TAPI (I would have thought it was possible as the calls are in the CDR data) and how we could determine the devices we need to open for this? |
