I would like to pass a telephone number to a c/c++ application and have that application dial that number using the physical telephone attached to the computer.
 
The telephone is a Cisco IP Phone 7975G.
 
Apart from including the right Microsoft Headers and Libraries (I've been pouring through MSDN), are there any Cisco dll's that must be present on my computer to make this work?
