We are unable to get the TSP lines showing up in windows dialer. By looking at the following trace log, can someone give me an idea of what to check? We have verified all the necessary settings
1. User account associated with the MAC addy of the device.
2. User a part of CTI enabled group
3. All contrl through CTI checked in the device.
4. windows firewall disabled
