I am having trouble with the following Use Case:

1.  Robert @ ext 9500 attempts to call a Allan @ ext 9530.
2.  Allan has his line forwarded to Frank¿s ext @ 9540.
3.  Robert¿s CTI application displays ¿Allan 9530 ringing¿ and Robert¿s IP Communicator displays ¿Frank 9540 ringing¿.

For some reason, our CTI application is not displaying the same thing as the IPC is displaying when dialing an extension that has been forwarded.  Am I missing a UCM configuration option or a TSP configuration option or is this just something that is not currently available in the latest version of Cisco TSP?  Thanks.

Dustin

Hi Dustin,

which call manager version, are you using?

Thanks and regards,
Anitha

I am noticing this issue in both CM 4.x and UCM 7.0.  How do you make TAPI aware of the party that the call is being transferred to (Franks Extension in this case)?

Thanks.
Dustin

Hi Dustin,

Apologies for the delay.

Could you please provide me with the detailed TAPI / CCM & CTI SDL & SDI logs with the DN details and timestamp?

Thanks and Regards,
Anitha
