AFAIK opening up CSF (and related technologies) is planned but not yet committed/announced.

Is OpenCSF APIs are available for 3rd party developer? One of our client wants CUPC features on his desktop application.

Not yet planned for open support, but if you can provide use-case and business opportunity information, the Product Management team is looking for input.  Please send an email to developer-support@cisco.com.
