Can you get the AgentID "ACD number" from Cisco Tapi , We used the CTIOS to get the AgentID for now
can we use the Tapi instead of the CTIOS

The Cisco TSP does not interact with the contact center, and is not aware of any 'agent' variables or statistics, such as ACD number.  For these types of CC-specfic items, you will need to continue to look to CTIOS.
