Dual Profile 55 , Presentation Source not Scaling

Good Morning,

I am intigrating a Dual Profile 55 into a room using a Intelix VGA2-UHR Balun to the table (it supports up to maximum of 1920x1200).
For some reason the presentation source is not scaling.  I then eliminated teh balun and hooked directly to the codec, and it still doesnt scale.
I'm checked the settings to our C60 Codec (that does scale) and they seem to be the same.
Has anyone come across this, or is the C60 codec in a Dual Profile 55 a paired down version of a intigrator C60 System?
Any Balun Suggestions as well?

Thanks

Curt

Hi
If we keep the Balun out of the equation for now, you say that you have one C60 codec that does scale the input OK, and one C60 Profile that does NOT scale the input?
You can see that you do get input on both systems - it is just not scaling correctly on the C60? Everything else looks OK on the monitor - like the background, making calls etc?
Could you provide a printout of xconf // video and xstat // video for both systems?
If you hook up the Balun to the working C60, does it then work?
Regarding your question, the C60 profile is not a "scaled down" version of the C60, but it does have a Product Key which "makes it" a Dual Profile system (sets certain video ports as default, etc).

Thanks,
Johan
