Image Shift on Presentation Source using Extron Baluns

Hello,

I am experiencing an very odd issue, I am using a Extron VGA Balun hooked up to a Dual Profile 55 (C60 TC5.1.6.298375) as presentation source at the boardroom table and the image is shift about 1/2" to the left with a black bar on the right.  The Baluns used are MTP T/RL 15HD A. less than 10' between the baluns.  I've used a 25' Cat6 Patch Cable inbetween the baluns - same result, I've tested them on a different C60 - simular result, less shift. We have conected the laptop directly to the codec with the supplied 20' VGA-DVI Cable - no problem.  Whats very odd is I tested a long Extron VGA ISTP Cable 75' before I pulled it though to the table and it is showing a shift.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Curt

I don't know for sure, but I can tell you that I have experienced shifted display images from the codecs before and was able to solve by trying various different codec resolution outputs (specific settings, not automatic) and specific display settings on the LCDs.  Finding the right combination is not always easy.  Let us know if you have any success.
